Our Story
Bohemian Blonde was born from a simple idea: that a small-town café could offer something extraordinary. On the morning side, we roast our own beans and pull shots with the care of a third-wave specialist. By evening, the same space transforms — the espresso machine retreats, and the cocktail program takes center stage.
